BPER Services chooses CSC Italia

It is with great pleasure that CSC Italia announces the beginning of the collaboration with BPER Services, a company that coordinates and supports the management of the BPER Group Information System, one of the leading Italian banking groups.

BPER Services has assigned CSC Italia the management of the first and second level help desk to provide support for managing / resolving hardware and software issues of branch peripherals to all Group Banking users.

Following a training course attended by all the operators and lasting several weeks, the service was activated at Suisio’s offices.
CSC Italia’s operators are in constant contact with the BPER Services operators, with which continual updates on the management of new procedures are being held.
